In August 1989 Charles Randall founded Tayler Bradshaw, after working in a local practice and at Deloitte and Touche. Ten years later, Jeremy Richardson joined him after developing his own practice in Saffron Walden. In 2006 Drew Hazell became a director and shareholder, having joined the practice in 2000.
